Project Description

This project involved the execution of road works as a sub-contractor for the construction and strengthening of a 2-lane highway with paved shoulders on the Rafiabad–Kupwara–Chowkibal–Tangdhar–Chamkot (NH-701) road section in Jammu & Kashmir. The work was carried out on an EPC mode project under the Border Roads Organisation (BRO).


Scope of Work

Our scope of work covered the following activities between Chainage 2+250 to 2+625:

  • Earthwork excavation and embankment formation.
  • Construction of box culverts.
  • Drainage and protection works.
  • Allied road works executed strictly in accordance with approved drawings and MoRTH specifications.

Project Outcome

The project was completed within the stipulated timeframe, demonstrating strong technical execution, effective site management, and adherence to quality and safety requirements. The work was completed to the full satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, reflecting our capability in handling infrastructure projects in challenging terrain.
